Yahaya Bello, Kogi State Governor Governor Sani Bello of Niger has called for attitudinal change in ministries, departments and agencies in the state. He said that this would bring about effective service delivery to the people of the state. Bello made the call in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Jibrin Ndace, and made available to NAN on Sunday in Minna.
