Paul Iyoghojie Operatives of the Police Special Fraud Unit, PSFU, at Milverton Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, southwest Nigeria have arrested the Managing Director of Cee Uba Investment Nigeria Limited, Chief Emmanuel Uba, 53, for allegedly stealing a 40ft container valued at N40m being property of Ugochukwu Asiegbu.
