Jesus Gutierrez, 39, has been arrested after he was filmed on a secret camera fondling his girlfriend’s dog at their home in New York. His 43-year-old girlfriend had gone to work but set up a camera to film what was going on in the flat. Prosecutors claim it filmed Gutierrez abusing the dog but his lawyer Jack G. Goldberg, said he’d seen “no evidence” of the assault, adding “I want to see the video.” He was arrested and later released on bail. He faces being charged with torturing an animal & sexual conduct with an animal.
